Clarifications. :)
Hi all dearies!~
We're really thankful for your support for these 3 months! :D
We've received a few complaints on the items sent out, and here, we would like to make some clarifications. :)
1. All items are checked before they are being sent out.
2. All the clothes are brand new.
*We did not try on the clothes or do anything to the clothes.
3. Miregina's Closet would also like to bring the best quality apparels to all dearies at a reasonable price. We had actually observed that the items' quality are getting better (rather than getting worse) after we gave feedback to the supplier after the first 2 orders.
4. Items' colour may vary from the photos slightly because of the lighting. We ask for all dearies' understandings.
5. We welcome all dearies' feedback, whether it is positive or negative. We do hope that dearies DO NOT direct your complaint to the supplier (Exclusive section) as it may create inconvenience to them. Dearies may come to us with your complaint and we'll feedback accordingly to them.
6. We do hope that dearies, who placed their order with us, trust us. We'll definitely send your items to you when they've reached us, unless they've went out of stock. We'll notify dearies if there are any out of stock cases, and do the necessary refundings.
7. We can't determine the duration of the items' arrival as the supplier needs some time on their side to do the necessary re-stocking too. (If no re-stocking is required, the items will approximately reached within a month.) If there're any delayed situations, we'll notify all dearies through our blog or through email.
Hope all dearies can understand that Miregina's Closet is doing our best to bring the best service and fashion to you!~
